Weigh in time

I don’t know where Lindsy Loo is, but I’ll jump on this. Time for yet another weigh in.

You guys may be getting sick of weigh-ins and sick of doing this, but this is the time to really kick it in gear and put forth as much effort as you did in the beginning. It takes how long does it take to create or break a habit?…3 weeks…21 days…that’s it!!

We have definitely been doing this longer than 3 weeks. Any habits formed or broken? I’ll admit I haven’t broken my chip habit/obsession. But I am getting better at eating my veggies. This week I’m going to start using this calendar to help me work on my habit goals – (just fill in the days, dates, and mark if you did it that day or not).

Okay, weigh in #7.

POST YOUR PERCENTAGE in the comments!

2.   Multiply the answer to step 1 by 100.

  1. Today I was .5 over my starting weight. I'll take it, since I'm basically staying the same weight though out this!

  2. Alright, I think my kids have been playing with the scale (jumping on it). I weighed myself this morning and it was anywhere from 138-139.5. The last time I weighed was 139. So I'll go with 1 lb. loss. I have not run in 2 weeks because I've been sick (inhaler even!) and I think it was effecting my milk supply. Poor little Brent was always hungry after he ate and we had to do lots of bottles. ANYWAYS, milk is full and plenty now and I'm feeling good. So back to running this week! It's just watching what I eat. My 21 day goal (besides running) will be making sure I get my 5 servings of fruits or veggies before I snack on other things (granola bars, crackers...) and drinking lots of water.

  3. Im really bad at sunday weigh ins. So this morning I did and had lost 1 lb. Surprise for me. My 21 day goal will also be to eat 5 veggies or fruits and try to get a walk in each day. This seminary thing is really messing up my mornings.
