WEEK 4: Weigh-in

I actually enjoy working out. It feels good. But the muffin top part is true :)
OK, after a couple of weeks of no computer (cord died, modem died) I think I'm back now.

On to WEIGH-IN #4

I went to my favorite kill-me Saturday morning workout (kick-boxing and circuit training) and definitely took it a little easy. I was sweaty and gross, but it felt so good.
 
It's the eating thing that's going to make it or break it for me. I made caramel popcorn for our movie night and it's addicting. Any more suggestions on how to reign in the junk food?

  1. Lost .55 percent. For me, letting myself know that junk food is not off limits helps. It makes me crave it less!

  2. I actually lost .62. Thats amazing considering the week, but Im going to get serious now. That quote is for me. I hate Muffin tops !!!!! Also I gave up on no sugar. I let myself have something at 3pm everyday. You're right, it helps

  3. Dang! +1.44 I gained 2 pounds back this week. Ben was nice and said it must be muscle :P So -2.43 overall
