I know you guys have been wanting to see under my shirt! Well, even if you don’t, ha! you just did. Both of those were after a workout (different days). I’m not doing anything crazy (Andrea), just working out 4-6 days a week and eating like a teenage boy. Ask Grant!
We are all family and have the same genes, so if I can do such, SO CAN YOU!! Definitely takes some time though. I was trying to find a before shot…right after I had Bryce, but I don’t know where it is. You guys know what post baby belly is like! 20+ months later, ta da.
Anyway, I can delete this post if you want. No one wants to see shirtless Kiley :/

Kiley, you look amazing! I wish I could become addicted to running too, also! I forgot to weigh myself this morning, will have to post tomorrow!

well...hard lesson learned. I gained it all back. I was off sugar for 20 days and was loosing 2 lbs a week. Then I started adding sugar again and it seems to trigger an eating frenzy with me. I had cupcakes, milkshakes, ice cream... So now that I know what my body can't handle I will be back to no extra sugars or candy etc. Starting from scratch again : / (+3.6 lbs)
ReplyDeleteForgot again, because you can only weigh yourself 1st thing in the am, after going to the bathroom, completely naked, for the best results...I'll catch you next week!
ReplyDeleteAnd after nursing :) at least a pound there. I'm going to try the no sugar thing too. I probably shouldn't give all that to the kids either. We had to have first day of school cookies twice ... No more
