veggies

this was my lunch today. REALLY wasn’t feeling like a ‘dose of healthy’, but I did it anyway and it was good Smile. I had the chips on the table for backup, but I didn’t eat a single one!!

Blueberry-strawberry smoothie with greek yogurt and veggie salad, minus the salad, (red bell pepper, cucumber, carrots, and broccoli) with ranch and parmesan cheese.

[oh, and I had a few mini candy bars after :/ Baby steps!]

  1. I'm impressed you could have the chips sitting there and not have any. I have to have mine out of sight. Your salad does look yummy.

  2. I think I will go back to the: a salad a day. If not lunch then taco salad for dinner

  3. My favorite salad is lettuce (like the baby spinach mix), with shredded parmesan, sunflower seeds and craisins. If I have them, I slice up carrots and chop up broccoli to put on. Or skip the craisins and add tomatoes. Mmm.
